We are pleased to announce, "The Recreation" area which includes the Amenity Center along with Tennis Court has been officially turned over to THE LAKES at WATERSTONE Homeowners.

The Board of Directors along with our Management Company are now is the process of putting together the framework to establish the structure for issuing access keys for the center.

We anticipate if all goes as planned, to be issuing entry authorizations on the morning of the 30th at the amenity center starting at 1000am. Any Questions, please email or call 239.810.0346.
